Rooted in Central Minnesota, me and my son bring over 30 years of homesteading experience and a lifetime of devotion to nature‑based wellness.
As a Certified Flower Essence Practitioner, I create gentle, vibrational remedies from organically grown and wild‑crafted botanicals, supporting emotional balance and energetic clarity.
MY work is deeply shaped by earth‑centered spirituality. Through a two‑year Core Shamanic training and ongoing practice and self-study, I offer grounded, compassionate guidance for those seeking soul‑level healing and ancestral connection.
My sessions also integrate Stone Medicine Energy Healing—an ancient modality that works with the elemental and energetic properties of stones to restore balance and support transformation.
With an 11‑year background as a retired Master Gardener specializing in indigenous medicinal plants of Central Minnesota, I also bring deep ecological knowledge to my healing work.
I have spent three decades as a dedicated self‑study herbalist, learning from Susun Weed and completing a four‑year course with Rosemary Gladstar, enriching my practice with traditional herbalism and plant‑spirit connection.

My Story
For more than thirty years, I’ve lived close to the land—growing, gathering, and learning from the plants that surround me where I lived in Aitkin County on a 5th Generation Homestead for 20 plus years and now in Crow Wing County since 2012 to present.
Herbal medicine was my first doorway into natural healing, but in the early 2000's, I found myself drawn to something even more subtle and transformative: flower essences.
In my early journey with flower essences I felt called to understand them more deeply. What started as a personal exploration soon became a profound part of my own life's healing.
In my Flower Essence Healing Sessions, I help people reconnect with their emotional landscape through the gentle, energetic support of the flowers. These sessions are deeply personal—rooted in listening, intuition, and the belief that healing often begins with being truly seen and supported.
I offer essences that I craft from the plants that grow around me, each one made with intention, respect, and a relationship built over decades. These essences bring emotional healing, clarity, and inner balance.
My work is guided by a simple truth: Nature meets us exactly where we are. And flower essences offer a way to soften, open, and realign with who we’re meant to be
